1. Custom-Made Products
As many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed according to customer requirements, such items are not returnable and not refundable once the order has been confirmed, processed, or produced.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom UV printed products
- Personalized name tags
- Magnetic name badges made according to customer specifications
- Items produced based on approved artwork, text, logo, or sizing provided by the customer
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please provide clear photos and order details for verification. Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
4. No Refund for Customer Errors
We are not responsible for errors approved or provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes, wrong information, artwork approval issues, or slight color differences caused by screen display or material surface.
5. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production, printing, or customization has begun, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be given.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period of time using a suitable payment method as determined by us.
